      i’m willing to take the risk tbh. even if it had complications, at least i wouldn’t have a massive adam’s apple anymore. the results also just sound the best to me i think

        yea from what i understand, femlar actually changes resonance. but it’s very hit or miss. like either it works really well, or it doesn’t work at all. you can get a tracheal shave without a femlar tho, and a good surgeon will be able to remove most of it tbh
